Snoop Dogg cartoon coming to Comedy Central

Snoop_dogg_cartoon
Cable network Comedy Central just announced their 2008-2009 slate which will include an untitled Snoop Dogg cartoon project. From reality shows, to Snooper Markets, to his upcoming movie, Mr. Broadus has been doing his thing this past year. The cartoon project will be executive produced by Snoop and the production team responsible for Andre 3000's cartoon "Class of 3000." Cartoon will feature Snoop as a 15-year-old high school teen growing up in Long Beach during the 80's. Stay away from that chronic lil Snoop! No word yet on when the pilot episode will premiere but of course we will keep you posted!  Via: Billboard

What you think? Does a Snoop Dogg cartoon about his teenage years sound like a good idea or will this die out faster than a Kriss Kross gangster rap album?
