"Street Kings" trailer w/ Common and The Game is here!
Just when I was thinking to myself "There hasn't been a (present day) gritty urban street film in awhile"...then comes Street Kings, from the guys who did Training Day and starring Forest Whitaker, Keanu Reeves, Common and The Game. From the trailer, this movie looks pretty damn gritty and looks like they are trying to give it a "real" edge exploring the streets of Los Angeles...I mean they don't even try and cover The Game's "LA" face tattoo. They probably gave him the role because of that tat and his experience in jail. And yes, there is plenty of Common shooting the place up as well. Let me know what you think of the trailer. Not sure about Keanu in this role but everyone else looks kick ass. Not like what i though of at all. You can tell they really pushing this with hip-hop with tons of shots of Game and Common. But it works for me.

COMMON IS ALWAYS SHOOTING SHIT UP IN HIS MOVIES BUT YET HE ALL ABOUT PEACE IN HIS RAP. MAYBE ITS HIS WAY OF TRYING TO BE A REAL GANGSTER WITHOUT REAL BULLETS HITTING HIM. GAME IS ON RIGHT THERE IN HIS NATURAL ELEMENT OF JAIL LMAO! YEA I THINK THIS IS GONNA BE BIG

This looks like a fun action packed movie full of surprises and celebs. Would definitely want to see this one.

looks a little typical but its david ayer so ill give it a try. plus i like the mix of legit actors with some hip-hop here
