Mary J. Blige to appear on TV's "One Life To Live"

Mary J. Blige will be appearing on the ABC soap opera "One Life To Live" on Friday Feb 15 and Monday Feb 18th. She will perform two of her songs from her Grammy nominated album "Growing Pains." This will be her second appearance on the soap opera. “It’s absolutely amazing to be integrated into a soap opera I’ve watched since I was a little girl,” said Ms. Blige. “I performed on the show two years ago and had a ball, and I am beyond thrilled to be welcomed back again."

MJB appeared as herself in a July 2006 episode and the following week her album sales went up 40%. No doubt she is hoping for the same results this year. This time she will play herself again as a surprise guest for the character Starr Manning's Sweet 16 party. Spoiled brat. All I got was a New Era hat for my 16th b-day. Anyways, "One Life To Live" sure has a love for urban music...Timbaland also performed on the show last September. I'd love for Lil Wayne to make an appearance. Maybe watch him throw his jacket at an actor.

those young Tricks a run for their money
keep up the excellent work.
