Jermaine Dupri plans to launch hotel chain

In a recent TV interview Jermaine Dupri talks about his many upcoming business ventures including his cafe, own line of vodka and his plans to open a hotel line called Hotel D. You would think that with all that money, JD could be a bit more original in his entrepreneurial plans considering Jay-Z just announced his plans for his J Hotels. If I was Dupri, I would take advantage of my size and power and perhaps develop a line of toilets designed for little people or maybe a new movie...

If that true then Jermaine been talking about this hotel for two years and still nothing? I think people gonna think he copying Jay-Z because at least jay is actually gonna make it happen

I'm not a big JD fan, but the man has been talking about opening a Hotel for about a 2 years now, so this is nothing new for JD..When I was visiting AtL I heard the brotha say it on the local radio station there...So you might wanna say Jay-Z stole the idea from JD
